On February 11, 2004, I had the privilege of attending Scott McCloud's lecture at The Wexner Center for the Arts.

What an unbelievable evening!

Although I'd been thinking about it for quite some time, it wasn't until that night that I decided to really pursue webcomics. Being surrounded by so many like-minded people was inspiring enough, but Scott's lecture was the cement. I highly recommend that you go if the occasion should arise.
