Days Gone By

I remember putting the dime in the slot and riding with glee on the animals outside of the department stores. You just don't see many of these anymore.

I found this little guy, just chillin' outside an antique place and it gave me an idea for a chop. People collect everything, why not Coin Operated rides on a small scale.

The challenge here was to present something behind glass with the use of reflections and gradients. Also, to give the illusion of scaling something down, without it looking scaled.

I thought I did pretty well...
